"Love Island USA" Season 6 alum Hannah Smith was arrested in Atlanta late last month, newly release police records show.
According to an incident report obtained by USA TODAY, the 26-year-old was arrested on Sept. 30 at Coca-Cola Roxy, a concert hall in Cobb County, Georgia.
A Cobb County police officer on the scene said officers were called to assist with a "disorderly patron," identified as Smith.
Smith was ushered out of the venue by security officers during the Gracie Abrams concert after being accused of "yelling and screaming" inside the venue. Due to being intoxicated, an EMS worker accompanied them.
In the report, the officer alleges that Smith "punched the EMS staff member, making contact on her right arm." The dating show star and her friends were ordered to leave the establishment.

The officer claimed Smith also got physical with them: "Smith, who was still yelling, cursing, and dropping items out of her purse, began to walk toward me and attempted to punch me."
"However, before she made contact I grabbed her arm and put her on the ground and placed her under arrest.," the officer continued in the report, adding that she attempted to kick several times.
According to the report, Smith was arrested at the scene. While on the way to the local detention center, the officer claimed Smith said, "I am going to kill you and your sister."
Cobb County police told USA TODAY that Smith was charged with felony obstruction of a law enforcement officer and terroristic threats. She was released on bond.
Smith appeared on most recent season of 'Love Island USA'
Smith was a contestant on Peacock's hit show, "Love Island USA." She was partnered up with Kendall Washington in the villa before being dumped from the island.
During a post-villa interview with Access Hollywood in June, Smith described her time in Fiji as "a crazy experience."
USA TODAY reached out to Smith for comment on Wednesday.
